I don’t know what you are seeing, System Services is under Privacy > Location Services, I have no system services under Cellular and never seen it on any of my iPhones.

My wife has a 6 plus and when she goes to the same location she does not have system services. Does anyone know why this is? Also what is system services? If I turn if off what happens?
