I do see this on my iPhone SE. It just appears to show the amount of
mobile data each system service has used. I don't appear to be able to
do anything in this section.

I have a 6s plus and when I go to setting/cellular then down towards
the bottom of the list I have system services. My wife has a 6 plus
and when she goes to the same location she does not have system
services. Does anyone know why this is? Also what is system services?
If I turn if off what happens?
