Hi Patty, Does your friend have a subscribsion? If so, he will want to make sure he is signed in. If so, select the feed and it should start playing if this doesn'tt happen, he should try contacting them. I have the app on my android devces, but every time my tell me the time app goes off the feed stops and I have to restart the feed. It is very strange.
