I think that you misunderstood...If you put your contact & other health info into the health app, energency personel will be able to view the health info from the lock screen, but only if your phone has a pass code. The emergency personell does not need your pass code to view your health info. All the emergency personel has to do is press the lock/unlock button & your health info is displayed no pass code is required.
