Weather apps seem to be a dime a dozen. I still like Dark Sky for the targeted alerts regarding precipitation. I also use NOAA Weather International and the native Weather app. Each one presents information in a different way. Dark Sky and NOAA have Today widgets which present a summary of outdoor conditions in the Notification screen.
