Lately whenever I get a unplanned disconnect on my phone, I lose all VO speech
and even trying to raise the volume doesn't work. I can't restart the phone or
perform any functions until I plug it in.

The battery level is always at 59% or higher, so it doesn't seem to be a
battery issue.

If there is a voice mail when someone has tried to call me back after the
disconnect, VO comes back, provided I have plugged the phone in, but when I
listen to the message, VO volume drops down to a level where I can not hear it
very well, almost to zero.

The volume percentage doesn't drop, just the level. If a message comes in or I
disconnect from the voice mail, it comes back.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what the problem might be or where I can go
in the phone to check a setting or two.

I am using a 5C with the update to 10, not this very last one, but the one
right before it.

Thanks.

Vicki
