I have had that issue happen before as well, where Voiceover is a little sluggish when going to certain parts of the game's screen. Usually unloading and reloading it with triple click home helps a little. I have also noticed that the battery on my iPhone 7 seems to drop more when running the app. It might help to close and reopen the app. Perhaps I'm playing the game too much ... no that can't be it, grin. Anyway, random thoughts.
