I was trying to show somebody how to back up their iPhone using iTunes. However, their computer does not seem to recognize the iPhone when it is plugged in. When the phone is plugged in to the computer, the phone shows that it is charging, so obviously there is a connection. When the person unlocks their phone, the box doesn't come up that asks if you want to trust the computer. When I go into iTunes, I can't find the persons iPhone when I tab around like I usually can. Since there is a connection, this wouldn't be a cable problem would it? I did download the latest version of iTunes from iTunes.com yesterday.
