Hello all, I attempted to send this message before. I don't know if it made it to the list.
In any case, I am having some problems with iTunes for Windows. I am running the latest version of iTunes, and the latest version of windows 10. When I go to my account under iTunes, it has my name and Apple id as being unavailable. I have successfully authorized my computer, and I have signed into iTunes, as I can see all of my purchased songs from I-Cloud. Also, I maintained my contacts on my new phone. They are in I-cloud. But I can't seem to get them to sync with outlook. They definitely did when I had the 6s)+. I am running the latest version of JAWS. If anyone can be of assistance, I would appreciate it.
