Hello Denise,

Your previous message on this topic was successfully posted to the list.

For the most comprehensive list of steps in order to complete your desired
configuration, you should perform a Google search.

However, given that you already have iTunes on your PC, the broad steps, in
order to see your iCloud items in Outlook in Windows 10 are as follows:

1.
>From the Windows Start/search menu, type in the search string that begins with
>the word Apple. In the results list, you should see an item listed as Apple
>Software Update.

2.
Run the Apple software updater and select to install the Windows iCloud Control
Panel.

3.
Follow the prompts to install the control panel and then restart your computer.

4.
Upon restart, you will be given options in the iCloud control panel that will
allow you to configure iCloud with Microsoft Outlook.

Again, I strongly suggest that you search for how to configure the iCloud
control panel in Windows in order to get a very detailed list of step-by-step
instructions.

Good Luck,

Mark

Subject: Problems with iTunes for Windows and new 7s

Hello all,
I attempted to send this message before. I don’t know if it made it to the list.
In any case, I am having some problems with iTunes for Windows. I am running
the latest version of iTunes, and the latest version of windows 10.
When I go to my account under iTunes, it has my name and Apple id as being
unavailable. I have successfully authorized my computer, and I have signed
into iTunes, as I can see all of my purchased songs from I-Cloud.
Also, I maintained my contacts on my new phone. They are in I-cloud. But I
can’t seem to get them to sync with outlook. They definitely did when I had the
6s)+. I am running the latest version of JAWS. If anyone can be of assistance,
I would appreciate it. Thank you.
