Hello Kathy, I just performed several searches via the native Twitter app and all appears to work as expected.
So, perhaps you could provide a step-by-step description of exactly what you are doing so that we can attempt to reproduce your issue. Be certain to include the search term/terms you use, also. I can only double tap on the first result in the queue to get those particular tweets and interact with them.
