I'm not Wayne, but Boop Light Detector is my preferred light detector app. The numbers indicate the strength of the light. A two finger scrub is done by placing two fingers on the screen, and without lifting them, do a quick circle, a couple times, or literally scrub them back and forth quickly in a small zigzag pattern. Now I know to search for Boop Light detector. I'm going to put this on my phone as well. though I don't use the light detector often, it does come in really handy at times. I also like that Boop can vibrate to let you know a light is on; nice feature.
