Well, it seems to be working for me if I put the phone flat on a flat surface with the camera facing up and then find the barcode with the product above the phone and then lift it up a little bit. I was successful with three bottles of wine that way. Much more so than if I try to position the phone just right. Maybe if you're still having problems you can try that. Nice demo, richard.
