Keith, it is a specific program for shipping small items usually. You have a “Prime Pantry Box”. As you add items to this box, similar to a regular cart, you fill up a percentage of the box. Next to the item, it will say, “This item fills 13% of your prime pantry box”, for instance; if you order two, it would be 26%. Once you fill the box, you are charged the fee to ship it, no matter how little, or how much, is in the box. If you buy one box of cereal, for instance, or some small items, you will possibly see this; prime pantry items are shown when you filter for “Prime items only”.
