Regular prime items, yes, they are free in terms of shipping; look next to
an item. If it says "Prime", it'll be free. If it says, "Prime pantry", it
falls into that second category.
For example, if you want 12 boxes of item X, it'll likely be on regular
prime. If you want 1 box of item X, it's likely on prime pantry.
