I would defenetl have someone take a look at it for sure as vzw should not be 
droping your calls like that.

It is an iPhone 6s, and I’m with Verizon wireless. I’ve been with them since 
2001 for goodness sake, so if feels like a big deal to switch.  On the other 
hand, what’s the point of the reception is not great lately. :-)
