Just zip up the folder you want to import, ands add from dropbox with Voice Dream Reader. There is also an excellent app called File Browser that allows you to connect to any drive on your home network, and you can share the files from there, as well as play them. I don't think you can put them in your Apple Music library, but you can share them with your I-Cloud drive. I have never done this, I can't say if they become available or not!
