Here's a quick method to create a folder:
To create a folder, just perform a one finger double tap and hold any app
until it starts wiggling (this applies when VoiceOver is running). Then,
drag the app into another app that you would like to group in the same
folder. The iPhone will automatically generate a name for the folder based
on its contents. You can edit this name by performing a two finger double
tap and holding the folder icon. The bottom half of the screen will show
the keyboard in order for you to type in a new name. There will already be
a name in the edit box, so you will need to delete this before entering the
new name for the folder. Perform a one finger double tap on the Save
Button, which will appear in the upper right hand corner of the iPhone
screen.
