Meetings Meetings will be held on a regular basis throughout the year. The quorum for the meetings will be 5 voting members. Special General Meetings Any 3 members can call an extraordinary meeting for special purposes, by writing to the secretary. Resolutions can be passed, if signed by all the members, without the necessity for calling a general meeting. This constitution may be amended at a Special General or Annual General Meeting, provided that members are given 14 days notice, with the exception of the Aims and Objectives and the Dissolution clauses.
