Hi, I am trying to help my hubby get some songs/albums off of his i phone onto his pc. I thought I knew how to do this, but every time we do this process, the stuff he wants doesn’t synch to his pc.
Here’s what we’ve done so far: attach i phone to pc. open i tunes click on the i phone button tab over to the list box and select music tab over to the area where it talks about synching the entire music library(this is checked) tab over to synch and select that select done after it’s done. He is using a pc with jaws, if that matters. I am almost hopeless with windows, so any help would be wonderful! Thanks!
