Yes, we always close the app and have rebooted the phone. We looked to see when the app was update and it was sometimes last year. They replaced the app with a new app and it has never worked as well as the other app. There are voiceover problems, but haven't had the problem we have had lately. Nothing has been bothered in our accounts. But weird things happen and it just worries me. Have you ever heard of an iphone being hacked?
