Pablo, If your bluetooth headsets and keyboard work with the iPhone 4 they will also work just fine with the iPhone 5. As of the iPhone 4S Apple has put in the ability for Bluetooth 4.0, but Bluetooth like USB is backwards compatible so anything that works with a 4 or even 3GS will work with a 4S or 5.
Your battery should also not be an issue. It has to be an external USB battery in order to work with an iPhone so I assume you plug your regular iPhone 4 cable into your iPhone with the 30-Pin connector and you plug in the other USB end which you can plug into a computer or the wall charger into the battery. The iPhone 5 has the same USB cable, you can even use your old wall charger. Only difference is that the end you plug into your iPhone is now a very small 9-Pin connector and not the large, wide 30-Pin connector. Your TV adapter is maybe a different story, you will probably have to buy a new one or you can buy an adapter for $29.95 from Apple which converts your 30-Pin connector on your TV adapter to the small 9-Pin adapter. My suggestion is to spend an extra $60 and for $99 get an Apple TV and you can use Airplay to stream stuff to your TV and you never have to plug in anything anymore.
