Hi Richard,

You have to be careful with generic statements like this and Apple. This may
be true for headsets, keyboards and speakers, but it is not true, for
example, for a Bluetooth GPS receiver. There are only a few that work
because for some reason Apple does not want people to use just any external
GPS receiver so they blocked that functionality, at least for phones that
are not jailbroken.

Regards,
Sieghard

Hi,

Bluetooth is bluetooth for the most part. What will work on one iPhone will
work on another, not to mention most bluetooth enabled devices.

with the iPhone 5?

some keyboards, or bluetooth headsets weren't working with the iPhone 4s, or
with the iPhone 4. I also read an answer saying that the new iPhone 4s, uses
a different kind of bluetooth or something like this. Now, I have a question
related with this point. I have bluetooth stereo headset, I have a mono
headset, also I have a bluetooth keyboard, but it is the old version, maybe
of 2 years ago, so is not the last version that appeared with the iphone 4s.
If i buy a iPhone 5, I have to buy keyboard, stereo headset, and mono
headset again?

hi definition needs to be replaced, and the extra battery also. I don't like
this thing that when we update a device we have to buy every thing again, is
a lot of money that I have payed for all this devices, and now I need to pay
more, if I want to update my iPhone, pay battery replacement, buy hi
definition adapter, and I don't know about the bluetooth devices. thing that
is not cheap.
