This is not so uncommon after a major update. When I first tried to listen to an audio book with my Voyager Edge earpiece it played for a few seconds and then it stopped. I started it againa nd it did the same thing. To me unpairing and repairing it seemed the obvious first step so I did this and I have had no issues since.
