There in lies the difference between a 6s and a 5s. Since you have a larger screen, it is there, but this is an example where Apple themselves have not set things up to scroll beyond a certain point with the right flicks. The 4 finger tap didn’t work for me either. There are other places this happens, but I can’t think of them right now, of course.

Open settings. 2. Open Accounts and passwords. 3. Do the three finger swipe up because flicking right with one finger will stop on add account. 4. The last item on the screen is now fetch. You will need to set it for each mail account you have. No wonder my battery has been draining faster.
