Kimber, but you are using a 7 right? I have an 8. If that’s true then it has something to do with how the Blindfold games interact with iOS 11.

This time, I could definitely hear crackling noises coming from the earpiece of the device. My iPad pro also seems to exhibit this alarming behavior. I am going to run the iOS diagnostic software from Apple's express support channel but it's looking like a hardware issue contrary to what I posted earlier.
