Have you checked in Settings > Battery at the very bottom where it lists your usage and standby time? Make sure your phone is fully charged where it says 100% on AC power in the status bar. Now take it off the charger and use it for 10 minutes with the screen unlocked and doing stuff. Then lock the screen and let it sit with the screen locked for 10 or 15 minutes and now check those two times. If your usage time is exactly the same as your standby time then some app is preventing the phone from going to sleep even if the screen is locked and this is causing your battery drain. Also, note down the time when you took your phone off the charger fully charged and then let it sit unused for several hours, best to do this over night so make sure it's fully charged and showing "on AC power" when you go to bed, take the phone off the charger and note down the time. Then when you wake up 6, 7, 8 hours or however long you sleep later check the battery percentage and again look at the values for usage and stand-by times. Obviously if you didn't use it after you took it off the charger usage time should only be a few minutes and standby time should be however many hours you slept. In this scenario I would expect the phone to loose no more than 10% at most in 7 or 8 hours. Now if there is an issue with the phone not going to sleep properly and a reset network settings which you said you already did does not help you may have to do a complete restore, set the phone up as a new device or at least use it as a new device for a few days and see if your battery life is back to normal. Then you can try and restore your backup, if it stays normal then you are in luck, if it goes back to draining fast then you have to restore again, set up as a new phone and start from scratch downloading your apps, setting them up, putting back any music or other stuff you may have on the phone etc. It's a lot of work, but there are situations where a problem can be part of a backup and restoring a backup also restores your problem.
