Hi all,
I didn't enable facebook calendar sync, but I have a suggestion that may work. Once opening the calendar app, tap the calendars button. This should place youin a screen where you can select which calendars you want to appear in your calendar view. Double tapping a calendar name will deselect it if it is selected, and select it if it isn't currently selected. Try deselecting the facebook calendar and tapping done. This may help with the issue. BTW, not having a calendar visible will not affect alerts for any events associated with that calendar, you should still get those notifications. It may be necissary to remove calendar from the app switcher then open it again to see if the problem was resolved. I am only making a suggestion as I don't know for sure that this will work. I hope it helps though ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ron Pelletier" <[email protected]>

Hi,

You can flick down a few times with 3 fingers but it doesn't stay there. It keeps coming back to 2011 every time you go into the calendar. Its really a
pain.

Andrew,

In Settings/Notifications/Do Not Disturb, you will find all of the
customisable settings relating to DND.

regarding your calendar issue, it is possible in list view to scroll up a
year or more, so, you may find that the dates are all from 2011. I would
suggest flicking down using the three finger gesture a good few times and
seeing if you can get to 2012.

Hi all,
I updated ios 6 this morning and synced my facebook to my calendar and
contacts. When I go into my calendar however, just before I double tap to
open it, the calendar says calender and announces today's date as usual, but when I go in and have the view set to list and go through, it lists people's
facebook birthdays, but the year is 2011. I have checked and both the time
and date are correct. I even tried changing the year back and forth a couple
of times but even though I am back in 2012, those dates still come up. Any
idea what's going on?

Also with do not disturb, I found a toggle in settings, but that just
turned it off and on. I know you can set which certain notifications come in
such as calls from a specific number, but can't find where that is.
Any help is appreciated. I am from Australia and am using an iphone 4
