Hi. Regarding the TMobile app, definitely yes. It isn't very accessible for the 
most important things. I'm not able to view a summary of my bill for example. 
All I can get to is the total amount due which is on the first page. 

Regarding the web site, I have no issues really and am able to do pretty much 
what I want. The screen reader is incorrectly reporting that caps lock is on 
when it really isn't so I just ignore that and enter in my login information 
with no trouble.

For all of you here who use T-Mobile, have you ever had problems using the 
T-mobile app?

It doesn't seem too accessible.

Also, if you go to their my T-Mobile website with a computer, do you have any 
issues entering your ID, and password?

Every time I go to enter my password, my caps lock key gets turned on. 
I've never seen this before.


Any help would be much appreciated. I need to view details of my bill.
