Not to that extend since I clean my screen on a regular bases. Occasionally
when I was working in my woodworking shop or was cooking and I touched the
phone with dirty fingers I might notice some weird behaviour when tapping and
swiping, but this always disappears when I wipe down the screen. I'm not very
concerned what I use, it's glass after all and tough glass at that and it takes
a lot to scratch it. Usually I just use the dish cloth or a damp towel, turn
the phone so the screen is facing down which means if there is a bit of
moisture it won't run into the cut at the top of the screen where the earpiece
is or get in around the home button and then I just rub it down, then I use a
dry part of the towel and dry it off.
If you have a screen protector that can of course also be the problem.

Regards,
Sieghard
