You could always try to email itunesstoresupp...@apple.com although I think they are mostly there to deal with problems with purchases and when people ask for refunds for apps and such. But if you already wrote an email to accessibil...@apple.com which is probably the correct place to send it to then it isn't much work to forward it to that address. I think this is one area where it would take more powerful advocacy organisations who might have access to people higher up at Apple.

Particularly ones that have AD tracks on there respective optical media? Personally my thinking is if it has audio described content on DVD or Blu-ray, then it should also be available in the various on-demand services such as iTunes, Amazon, and even Google play, who don’t have any sort of described content whatsoever. However, considering this is an iOS list, I will stick to iOS related matters. I am surprised, that Amazon has office Christmas party described on on-demand, whereas iTunes does not. Similarly for Fifty Shades darker, I’m surprised that’s not described anywhere besides an optical disc. I emailed accessibil...@apple.com around 17 April, they got back to me on May 2 and said that they would forward my feedback to the appropriate department for consideration. I appreciate and understand that’s kind of what they have to say, but I was wondering if I could get the ball rolling even further. Any ideas?
