Mark, Just a comment regarding headset replacement. Not sure if Apple employees might do different things here, but I also have had headsets replacement under Apple Care Plus, but I believe officially this is limited to 2 replacements. Also, last year I went into the Apple Store with a defective headset and was told that it was partly torn and that this was obviously user-caused damage and it was not going to be covered under my Apple Care Plus.

And then there's the names that you teach Siri how to pronounce and when you pronounce them exactly like she's learned to pronounce them she still brings up five other names on top of it all. Makes no sense to me. And then sometimes she doesn't even recognize the name that you've already taught her to pronounce. Are the accessibility features on the Google phones still really much poorer than those on the iPhone? Is that why so many of us are still using the iPhones?
