Well, time does fly, and I stand corrected once again. I do like that I can
listen to my Kindle books that way. I'm keeping my Windows computer because
of the Codex program to convert books for VDR. Maybe I won't need to do
that so much now.

Actually Echo can play many Kindle books but not all. It has no navigation
in Kindle books though. The only navigation it has in Audible is by chapter
so I don't think it's that useful. And, you cannot change the speed of the
books which some people want to do. But if you don't mind just reading
straight through the book, it works OK with Audible and with some Kindle
books. I think there are much better ways to do Audible.

you do that, you can play any app your phone can play. That is my

Tha is interesting, because a friend of mine uses her Eco to play
Kindle books, because she goes through the Kindle app.
I don't claim to understand that but hat is what she told me. I don't
have an Echo so I wouldn't know, just saying.

How good is the integration between Audible and the Echo/Alexa? I
assume since Audible is owned by Amazon it should be perfect, but
nothing much is said about using Audible or, for that matter, Kindle
books on an Echo.
Also, for those who have any of the Echo speakers, have you used a
wired and also a bluetooth headset for private listening? I assume it
should work just fine?
