I use Kindle books on my ipad and just download straight from the app. Unless there is a certain book I want to buy, then I do get online and order it from Amazon, I wanted Debby Campbell's book Burnin Bridges, and had to go to the Kindle store on Amazon and get it, but otherwise, they have a wonderful list of books you can choose from. Also you can sign up to BookBub and get daily lists of kindle books to add to your wish list, and they are either free or no more than $5 or $6, mostly. I think there's another site out there like that but can't remember its name.
