Hi, Have you tried dialing Chase through the app to see if that makes a difference? That truly is weird. I have not noticed anything like that before. Another thing you could try is to take your phone app completely out of the app switcher and try it again. Don’t know if any of those things would help you, but you could try. Please let me know how you get it worked out.
