Hello Joe, I am not noticing this on my 6s. I would try the following: 1. Enable reduced motion by going to settings/general/accessibility and turn on reduce motion. After enabling this setting, I would restart the phone. This will decrease the animations and display effects found in iOS11 and may generate a smoother experience for you. 2. Reset network or back to factory as Sieghard suggested. Hope this helps
