Hey Gerardo, Quick question, what iOS version are you running? We support iOS 10 and above. Are you now tapping the Live Text mode button and not getting any response? Did you try reading with document text instead? We're definitely commited to making Envision work on all devices running iOS 10 and above so please let us know if something is off with the app.
