Sorry, forgot, but why not tell SIRI to set your alarm? I know this should work if you do it manually and I'm sure maybe after a reboot it will, but I rarely ever open the Clock app for that purpose since setting an alarm is something SIRI happens to do extremely well. You can ask SIRI "What alarms do I have" and she will read them out. If there is one you want, e.g. maybe you have a 6 AM and a 7 AM then say "Turn on my 7 AM alarm". You can also say "Change my 6 AM alarm to 6:30 AM" You can say "Delete my 6 AM alarm" or you can say "Delete all alarms".
