My bad. The app has an "ed" at the end of it ... should've been written: Alarmed.
I found a feedback form through Google, so am hoping for a reply. I tried adding a new timer with my Braille display, and wasn't successful. I also went to the Calendar app which uses the same type of picker, and was able to use the picker option there to add a new event. Gonna borrow D.H.'s eyes later to see what I could be doing wrong.
