Hi Tom, I have a 6S Plus and my wife has a 6S and we have absolutely no issues with Touch Id. If you have an Apple Store nearby you might want to make an appointment and ask them to check it out.

I have the latest update. As of recently, a month or so, my finger print will just not work. I’ve cleaned the phone and had sighted people clean it for me in case I’m missing something. I’ve deleted the finger print and redid it. After that it will work for about two days, then it stops working again. This is a real problem when it comes to Apple pay and signing in to certain financial websites. I’ve also tried it without the case with the same results. Any idea what can be going on?
