First of all, you need to go into settings and make sure that Siri is actually turned on. Just because voiceover is on does not mean that Siri is on. Secondly, if you ask Siri for something she may not always give you information that you were looking for. She may not give you the closest thing to you. But you also need to go into your settings and make sure that location services is turned on. Hope this helps.
