Hello: I could use some help.! My dad disabled his iPhone X by not typing in the password right. We cannot get voiceover on. We tried using iTunes recovery mode and got an error. I have access to my own mac, a windows machine, and dad's icloud account info. How can I get the phone back to factory defaults so we can start over?
