Hi, I am not aware of a way to calibrate an Apple Watch series 2 or higher though I stand to be corrected.
The only suggestions I have are to check the watch is correctly positioned at the top of your wrist and check how tight you have your watch band. My heart rate on my series 2 agrees with other equipment I have here.
