I have found it to be very accurate. My resting rate is 65, and when I’m running, it gets up to 160 or higher. I really like knowing the average and high and low after a workout.

The only suggestions I have are to check the watch is correctly positioned at the top of your wrist and check how tight you have your watch band. My heart rate on my series 2 agrees with other equipment I have here.
