Please help with website if possible

Hi everyone. I am not trying to sell anything, but I am having a real problem with the website that I do use as a consultant to sell things and I wondered if some of you could test this for me. When I go to the website just so you know the first page comes up and it works perfectly you have to click on the jpg to actually get to the next page to see my website. They did an update on the shopping cart yesterday and the problems started ever since. When I click on the jpg using my iPhone 8 with the latest IOS 11.26 installed, all the webpage says is the number one and index and site map and a few other links. If I click on site map I can view the items that I actually sell but they should come up right away. A friend using her SE yesterday said it worked for her perfectly. She is on AT&T and I am on Verizon. I even tried to go to where it says share and then requested the desk top site and it did the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated as some people can view it and some can't. I had my husband try it as well on his iphone 8 and it did the same thing and we turned wi fi off and tried that too.
