Thank you so much for your response. I actually called Apple support again and what they have told me today is that there is a menu that is not coming up. If we click on the/in front of all the products then the menu will come up so we can choose all of the products that we want to purchase so the one the two items that are just coming up are only two items they are not everything you have to click the slash to bring up the menu.
