Hi Clifton, typing mode is found in the voice over Roeder when in a text field. You have two typing modes, 1 is standard, where you enter characters by double tapping them or doing a split tap, and the other one is touch type, where you just have to look for the right character and released your finger, which is definitely the easiest one.
