It didn't work for me at first, either. However, try this: touch somewhere in the middle of the screen, it works if you touch the Play button or swipe to the title of whichever Genre you are on on page 1. If I do the normal 3-finger swipe I can then change pages. Seems to be some sort of focus issue which there apparently are a few of. When in the Music app I double tap on the "Genius" tab at the bottom of the screen. This brings up the Genius screen with the first genre displayed. Towards the bottom of the screen there is a message about which genre I am on. It will typically say something like "1 of 12". I have not been able to change to the next genre with VO on. I have tried double tapping on the "1 of 12" message with no luck. I have tried a three finger swipe left or right with no luck. I have tried single and three finger swipes up and down also with no luck. I can turn VO off and do a singel finger swipe left or right and then turn VO on again but that is a major PITA.
