Hi, Everyone. I finally switched my Sim card from my flip phone to my iPhone a week ago, so am trying to get used to the phone aspect.
More times than not, I have to access the keypad on my phone when a call has gone through in order to choose an option from a menu, or enter information. I like choosing from my Favorites list and use this option to make calls. If I do this, the keypad doesn't show. After the call goes through, touching, tapping, or swiping the screen doesn't seem to do much--VO doesn't say anything, so I can't find the Keypad option in a timely manner. What are my options?
