Hi Kim, I just tried looking at my credit cards in 1password on both the iPhone X and the Mac. In both cases, VoiceOver reads all of the information to me as expected.
I am guessing that you are working with 1password on iOS? I would suggest closing it out in the app switcher and reopening it to see if the problem clears up. You also might restart your iOS device and see if that helps. It is all working normally for me.
